5 Irises - Loved It – 100% recommend everyone buy this amazing book right now. I can’t stop thinking or talking about it. It was well written with memorable characters with distinct voices, fantastic pacing, and plot lines that kept my attention. Definitely want to re-read.
4 Irises - I really enjoyed it and would recommend it to most people. There were moments I really loved, however, there were just a few things that could be improved upon.
3 Irises - I liked it but I didn’t love it. I may recommend to others but probably not. There were flaws – it was slow in parts, had unlikable characters, and/or clunky writing.
2 Irises – Meh - something about it just didn’t quite click with me. I read it (or most of it) but didn’t enjoy it and wouldn’t recommend it. It was lacking in writing, characterization, and/or had problematic plot lines.
1 Iris – I didn’t finish the book due to major issues with the characters, plot or writing or I finished it because I had to but it never got better. Not worth paper it was written on – a tree died for no reason for this book.
